The aircraft is certified in England, where it is manufactured. The ultralight is a 2 place trainer, in sense it is not an ultralight but a training aircraft instead. The ultralight fly's with a control bar that is different from a conventional aircraft, the controls are backwards, you push forward, you ascend, as appose to descending. Left goes right and right goes left. Want more, here you go: My GPS - this is how I navigate from one airport to another, I enter the airport information into, and the GPS gives me a route on which I have to take. Very simple and yet exciting. My instrument panel. AS you can see I have an airspeed indicator, altitude indicator, vertical speed indicator, (tells me how fast I am asending or descending) gauges to monitor my spark plug temperatures, exhaust gas temperatures, engine RPM and fuel. Oh yeah there is a clock there so I know when my egg is ready. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Quantum-503 trikes are standard with the heavy-duty PEGASUS Quantum trike chassis (the same as used on all Quantum trikes, including the Quantum-912) that features full suspension, folding mast, dual rear brakes, parking brake, wheel spats, 13-gallon fuel tank, 4-point harness for rear seat and 3-point harness for front seat, electric fuel gauge, fabric side skirt with map-pocket, foot- and hand-throttles, remote choke, primer bulb, remote pull-starter, Rotax 503 dual-carb/dual-CDI engine with C-gearbox (3.47:1 ratio), 3-blade prop, intake and exhaust silencers, regulator/rectifier, and the PEGASUS Q2 wing with inflight adjustable trim.
